James joined Natural Search in 2011 to build and run a specialist Infrastructure recruitment team. This team has a specific focus on recruiting permanent and interim contractors at all levels for Hedge Funds, Investment Managers and a select number of Banks.  He specialises in supporting a number of selected hedge funds globally with all their infrastructure recruitment covering anything from Head of Middle Office to Investor Relations.  He holds very established relationships forged on success and trust for the both his clients and respective candidates.  James prides himself with his honest and straight talking approach, managing expectations at all times and where possible making recruitment a fun process.  Prior to joining Natural Search James worked for Michael Page Financial Services in London for just over ten years specialising in Investment Bank and buy side Operations recruitment. 

James has travelled extensively around the Far East and Australia and graduated from Greenwich University with a BA Hons in Business and Finance.  After spending a number of years living in London and Herts he moved to the Scottish Borders with his family to enjoy the country life.  In his spare time James plays a lot of golf, looking after his ever increasing flock of animals and spending as much time with his wife and kids as he can.
