Dominic joined Natural Search in 2010 to add further depth to the Banking and Asset Management business specialising in recruiting Analysts, Associates and Associate Directors / Vice Presidents. Dominic is a former professional cricketer who spent 3 years with Sussex County Cricket Club and then 2 years with Hampshire. Following his playing career Dominic became a full time Coach within the Sussex Academy set up.
